Required Give Sal permission

Clicking this will open a secure Google window. Please follow the prompts to log in.

Important: Google now asks you to tick each permission by hand. Make sure to check the box for “Calendar access” on the next screen, or the sync won't work.

Opens a Google sign-in window. We only add events; Sal cannot read your personal emails or existing calendar events.

Step two

Kids and teams

Write each team's name exactly as it reads in the app that runs it — that is how Sal finds the schedule and files the RSVP.

More children to add?
Step three

Home base and the grown-ups

Anyone who manages a schedule or does a drive. Sal shares the calendar with them and sends the week ahead by email.

Every drive time is measured from here. Sal flags anything that looks wrong.

Required Connect the team apps

Next Sal needs access to each team management service you named in Step 2.

Access tokens, links and any password you give Sal are encrypted the moment you submit and kept in a managed secret store — never in Sal's database, never in an email, never shown back to you or the other grown-ups.
